Returns

Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Used or opened products
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and shipped.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product received
  • Product is missing from the package
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect product
  • A product is missing from your order

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The received product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
  3. Our team will review the request and provide a resolution.

Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
The replacement product will be delivered within 3 days 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Orders placed with incorrect address details provided by the customer

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipment.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
